As Co-founder and CEO of SkillFusion, she is building the certified talent pipeline needed to operate and maintain the nation's growing electric vehicle infrastructure.

With deep expertise in artificial intelligence and its applications across industry, Elaina bridges the gap between emerging technology and the people who must deploy it. She works with organizations to develop AI literacy, integrate intelligent systems into workforce training, and ensure that the rapid advancement of AI creates opportunity rather than displacement.

Prior to SkillFusion, Elaina led The NEXT Education as CEO, where she created internationally recognized programs spanning workforce development, youth education, and the automotive sector. Her curricula have equipped professionals across the globe with certifications in electrification, autonomous vehicles, cybersecurity, and intelligent transportation — while her youth-focused initiatives have introduced the next generation to careers in new mobility and advanced technology.

She has designed and led credentialing programs for the defense sector, federal agencies, SAE International, and leading private entities — building pathways that connect learners at every stage, from students to seasoned professionals, to the industries shaping tomorrow.

A published author, TEDx speaker, and lifelong advocate for reskilling and upskilling, Elaina believes that empowering people is the surest path to advancing industry. She served for more than a decade as Director of Global Communications for the International Connected Vehicle Trade Association.
